1. A person must wake up early:-

The day should be started an hour earlier. If a person normally wakes up at 7 am, he must start the day at 6 am. He can get lot of time for morning chores and he will not have to rush through his busy routine. This is the best tip to lose weight in a month.

2. A brisk walk should be taken:-

A person can burn 1000 calories a day. This can be done if a brisk walk is taken for 30 minutes in the morning. If this cannot be done in the morning, it can be done anytime of the day. A person must ensure that he is keeping a gap of at least 2 hours between the walk and the last meal. If a person is having an easy access to treadmill, it is great. He can also go to the nearby park and walk briskly. However, one must not strain himself much.

3. Breakfast must not be skipped:-

A person should eat a very healthy breakfast. The breakfast should never be skipped. Breakfast is very important. There are various benefits of eating healthy breakfast. Breakfast will equip a person with all the energy in the body. The brain needs this energy for carrying out all the morning activities.

4. A balanced lunch should be eaten:-

A person must not resort to overeating. He must not overeat in breakfast as well. A person should just eat for keeping the hunger pangs away. For lunch, it should be ensured that green vegetables are included. The lunch will be balanced by eating fruits and salads.

5. Frequent and smaller portions of foods must be eaten:-

During the day, frequent and smaller eating breaks should be taken. However, a person should not overeat. If he is hungry, he should have a small snack instead of a meal or a lunch. Fruits must be eaten often. Water should be consumed at regular intervals.
