New Honda Activa is a family two-wheeler whose overall body is compact. A compact designs enables the rider to handle the machine relatively easier. The new Honda Activa looks stunning with certain addition of style and design. This is an automatic gear scooter which now features upgraded clear rectangular shaped headlights. The front portion of the scooter has flowing lines moving downwards and curves that imparts a sensual look to the scooter. The new Honda Activa possesses an anti-theft key shutter that guarantees safety of the machine. Well, about the storage- the new Honda Activa has ample of it. You will notice a sleek and stylish inner box ideal for keeping household items fitted at the inside of the front side also an additional storage space is available under the rear portion whose total capacity is approximately 18 ltrs. This huge storage space can be utilized for keeping the helmet, lunch boxes, water bottles and other such bigger items. The rear portion can be easily lifted while doing the maintenance by lifting up the independent cover especially meant for this purpose.

The new Honda Activa has an auto as well as kick start mechanism. It also has an automatic gear mechanism and gives a maximum speed of 80kmph. The headlamps are multi-reflector. The rear grab rail is made of fiber and can be easily lifted up. The dash board is wider and includes fuel gauge, speedometer, low fuel and also low oil indicators. One of the most interesting facts about the new Honda Activa is its redefined engine. This scooter is 110cc two-wheeler that is aptly designed to give fifteen percent more mileage as compared to the previous version. This Scooter offers a maximum power of 8bhp at 7500rpm and produces a maximum torque - 0.9k-gm at 5500 rpm. This bike has a metal body weighing almost 110kgs. Due to this weight while driving in highways or any kind of roads it provides stability to the Honda bikes and there is no fear of toppling down suddenly. In de uxe version one will find the Combi-brake while in usual model it has internal expanding drum brakes.

Honda Activa is no doubt a fuel efficient bike that offers a maximum of 52kmpl fuel efficiency as per the HMSI test conditions. The fuel capacity is around 5.3 litres. Honda Activa can be available in various colors such as grey metallic, lucid red, black, silver metallic and wild purple metallic. These colors are found on the mask, front fairing and on the sides. The size of the front tyre is 3.50-10,4 PR and of the rear tyre is 3.50-10,4 PR. The front suspension is bottom linked with spring loaded hydraulic damper and the rear suspension has unit swing with spring loaded hydraulic damper.
