Nokia E7–Witness Symbian taking its last breath

There's no easy way to say it, the Nokia E7 simply doesn't make through our test. But, we would like to give it a miss and would slip our preferences to the other smartphone from the same mobile phone maker, Nokia N8.

The Nokia E7 is in a hilarious odd position, as the Finnish mobile maker has basically put the brakes on configuring the Symbian operating system on which this smartphone works, in support of utilizing and promoting devices running on Windows Phone operating system to avert the growth of Droids. Now, Windows phone running handsets are pouring in like unwanted rain in the month of December. This fact even proved homicidal for the otherwise extraordinary N8, which comes flaunting its splendid 12.1 MP snapper, but without this headline attribute & a debatably old-fashioned keypad to append to its massiveness, the E7 will have to survive through a tough combat on its hands. Hence, without any more argument, let's witness an exciting brawl, but please no biting or eye-gouging, & we are still focusing over two smartphones. Nokia E7 deals are anyway more beneficial than the N8 deals.

Build from huge lumps of aluminum & a huge glass panel, the only contenders that even come near to equaling the superb feel of style are the gizmos made by Apple, & even the only handset that's this much competent is Apple iPhone 4. There's an old disagreement among tech buffs over its sturdiness. It is said that if plunged on the ground this handset will come out in pieces.

The slider mechanism work wonders, giving it a feel of a mini-computer, so we can say that Nokia has shrunk a desktop computer to churn out something great like the E7. Nokia has always been an enigma for us. Even the E7 seems like something out of a science – fiction movie, with a button that will solve our troubles. It does solve some problems but gives birth to more than it could solve. First, the display angle is perfect but sliding it with one hand is almost impossible. So, women with small hands stay away from this handset, and even the male counterparts will have to spend some time with this phone to get habitual with the slider.

Considering that it got a slider, it is sleek and great looking. Nokia has crammed this marvel with several connectivity traits & special buttons. Without any delay, we commend the decision to put the major menu key on its face in the center. The power key on the crest is minuscule & dug in so is rather complicated to approach, but that’s so trivial. What are not so trivial are the Nokia E7 deals.
