The Ballen Group, a top team of Las Vegas Short Sale Specialists under the brokerage Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas who recently received multiple awards for their real estate production on short sales, continues to build an expert team of real estate agents, short sale agents and processors.  The Ballen Group has been recognized for top achievements in Listings, Production, and marketing.

Jeff Howard began investing in real estate in the summer of 2003 with 2 partners. He has purchased 27 properties with and without partners which they

• bought in 6 states (MA, NV, OH, ID, RI & SC)
• still have 4, sold 4 for small losses, sold 10 for large gains and lost 4 short sale and 3 to foreclosure
• purchased 13 pre-construction homes, 1 raw land and 12 existing construction (2 of which we rehabbed heavily)
• had 4 development pieces, 6 multifamily units and 17 single family homes

He has held no job since the summer of 2005. He co-runs the Cape Cod Association of Real Estate Investors (www.CapeCodAREI.com) as well as Real Estate Insiders Club (www.REInvestmentInsider.com) He also teaches real estate investors. He has 2 of his own courses; one on Partnering and one on Lease-Options. He firmly believes in being a perpetual student, and he understands that the more he teaches the more he will learn as well.

Jeff Howard has a few years now as a real estate agent with Keller Williams and is very successful in negotiating short sales. He is known for putting out short sale fires and getting the deal done!
