How To Create Faster Loading Web Pages Instructions

Until one year ago I had never heard about quickly creating websites. I had been active in site area, but in some ways I had never taken note of. Maybe I have just not interested. It seemed not so important. Sites were already fast enough? This changed a while back when Google dropped a hint that site speed sometimes could be a ranking factor in its search results.

I, me and the whole community, was suddenly make the interest and so it happens that I'm going in depth. Soon I was totally sucked. What I noticed is that the information scattered about the Internet and that it is not very action oriented. Hence this guide. To simply explain to everyone how the fork in the stem. The advantages of a fast website Let me start at the beginning. A quick website because its advantages. Visitors do not come to a site to hang out and how quickly they reach their objective the better. The relationship between speed and usability is repeatedly confirmed in different studies and the results speak for themselves. Google for example has been studied that for every 500 ms delay, 20% visitors lost (1) . And Amazon, the largest online store of the moment, lose 1% of sales for every 100 ms delay (2) . The webshop Shopzilla went from 7 to 2 seconds and got 25% more pages viewed, and 9.5% more revenue (3) . Yahoo found that a 400ms improvement in the speed of their site resulted in 9% more pages viewed (4) . Firefox (web browser) took 2.2 seconds on the average load, and provided 15.4% more downloads (5) . (1) Reported by Marissa Mayer Google employee at the Web 2.0 conference (2) Reported by a former Amazon employee Greg Linden in a presentation titled Make Data Useful (3) Reported by Phil Dixon at the Velocity conference (4) Reported by Yahoo employee Stoyan Stefanov SD2C the conference (5) Reported by Blake Cutler Mozilla employee in an article called Firefox Page Load & Speed In a study done by Akamai in September 2009 showed that: * 47% of visitors expect a website within 2 seconds or less load. * 40% leave the site if it loads more than 3 seconds. * 52% of online shoppers to give that site speed is an important prerequisite for their loyalty to the site. * 14% of shoppers to a different site if the site loads slowly. * 64% of shoppers who found the site slow, the next time you go shopping somewhere else. But it does not stop. Site speed is a factor in both the paid and unpaid search results on Google. Who wants to score high in the search engine can no longer merely a slow website and will have to work. And what about the reduction in costs of hardware and bandwidth you're on track to excellence in web design sustainably. The benefits should not be taken too light. And forget the need for speed optimization for mobile devices. The low processing power and network speeds are fast additional sites needed.
