One of the most successful mobile phones of all times has to be the iPhone brand, which is currently in its fourth generation. It is one thing that has gathered success at an even more frantic rate with the iPhone 4, which has also become a runaway success. The availability of mobile phones that could challenge the iPhone brand is on the many people look forward to and it is finally available in the form of the Samsung Galaxy S2 and the HTC Sensation. Both these phones are now offering the capability to provide the perfect challenger for the iPhone 4. You can find deals for Samsung Galaxy S2 deals and Samsung Galaxy S2 deals at best-mobile-contracts.co.uk.

However, it is simply not by chance that they have become extremely successful. It is with the usage of plenty of the features that Samsung and HTC have been able to reach this position. It is a position that is provided by the 4.3 inch display, which is very similar in both the phones. However, they are extremely different intimate that the display will be providing the content to the user. While the Samsung Galaxy S2 will be totally reliant on the AMOLED technology, which it has been trusting since the Samsung Galaxy S, while the HTC Sensation will also be using the LCD display technology that it has been using for a number of years now. However, it is in the usage of this technology that both phones differ.

While the AMOLED technology is known for providing better contrast ratios and brightness levels, the LCD display technology is known for being more efficient. The difference between both phones extend towards the memory capacity as well. The Samsung Galaxy S2 offers the 16 GB and the 32 GB options for the internal memory. Even though the HTC Sensation does not offer this amount of memory internally, it still comes with the ability to offer space in the form of an external memory card option.

The 8 GB memory card that comes with the HTC Sensation is a complimentary one, although you can use up to 32 GB in the phone. Considering that the prices of the memory cards have reduced significantly, it certainly makes a lot of sense to spend a few more quid and expand the memory of the HTC Sensation. The Samsung Galaxy S2, most probably, does not need the extra memory given the fact that it comes with extremely valuable options in terms of the internal memory itself.

The presence of the 1.2 GHz processor is probably the one thing that both phones offer in common. This processor is not the usual single core type that you have usually witnessed the mobile phones up until now, but it is the dual core variety that is known for the performance more than anything else. It, perhaps, explains the reason for the Samsung Galaxy S2 and HTC Sensation to run the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system without any issues. The Samsung phone retails for around £ 40 per month, while the HTC phone is slightly less.
