Spain is a Magical Holiday Place for Everyone
Don't even think about worrying when you book a HOLIDAY IN SPAIN because no matter what the people’s ages are you bring with you there is something for one and all to do. This magical place has a plethora of activities and opportunities for everyone. Spain is always a safe bet when booking a holiday as its diversity alone will make any holiday viable. There isn't a place in the world where you can go snow skiing in the morning and sunbathing in the afternoon. You can do this in Spain if you stay in either Torremolinos or Malaga in late spring, as they sit at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. These mountains also have a number of ski resorts that accommodate any class of skier. Granada is home to the Alhambra Palace which is an unbelievable fortress. The complex is so large that it takes up a major portion of the city itself. Be prepared to spend the entire day exploring the huge complex and its grounds and don't forget to book in advance as you don't want to be disappointed. The most discerning fact about Spain is its architecture. There is so much on view that you can trace the history of Spain through the different architectural designs. From more modern times you will be captivated by Antoni Gaudi, the Catalonian architect, by his creation of Park Guell which has innumerable sculptures and structures exhibiting the famous “broken tile” style of the architect himself. If for no other reason, you will want to visit this architecture with its graceful organic curves for the pure enjoyment of it. If you happen to be in Spain during the fiesta season, so much the better. If possible, join in with the locals and sample that part of Spanish culture we all are looking for. It doesn't matter whether they are a religious or political fiesta they are all fun. For the most part fiestas involve street dancing, live music, food, drink, parades and fireworks. Some of these fiestas carry on all night long; it’s just one big party. The flamenco dance and its music have long been a big contributor to Spain's illustrious culture. Flamenco was handed down by the gypsies of Andalucia which is evident in the colourful dress and style of dancing. The soulful songs just add to the dances demeanour. Even though the flamenco is ancient it is still popular today especially with the entire fiesta dedicated to this vibrant dance. If you happen to be the Andalucian region of Spain, in the village of Ronda, you will be surprised at the magnificent views over this beautiful area. The ancient village of Ronda sits on top of a tall cliff separated from the other side by a river. The old and new parts of Ronda are connected by an exceptional Roman bridge which must be seen to be believed. Also in the surrounding area there is the oldest bull ring in Spain and some Roman baths. Once you have finished your HOLIDAY IN SPAIN, stop and take into consideration what you have seen and done. Once you have, you will say a quiet thanks to the varied treasures and heritage that has not and never will disappoint you.
