This is especially true in the real estate business where customers are likely to make purchases only after several years. This makes customer generation an expensive process. Existing customers who are already familiar with you and the products or services you provide will be your best bet in getting referrals to get new customers and generate repeat purchases. This is why it is important that you maintain your old customers and keep them loyal to you.

If you want to build customer loyalty, you need to treat all your customers well:

1. You need to provide them personalized treatment. Each customer has a different need. It is important that you are able to address each customer’s need and make them feel special. If you can do this effectively, your customers will surely stay with you for a long time.

2. You need make sure you deliver on your promises so your customers will trust you.
