There’s nothing better than enjoying a breathtaking holiday with your own VILLAS IN SPAIN TO RENT. Along the length of the coast there are beautiful beaches and coves which break up the natural rocky green palate. Tourists have been able to enjoy cheap holidays in Costa Brava from the end of 1950s when the package holidays really took off. Hundreds of thousands of British citizens now come to enjoy the Spanish coasts to get much needed sun and relaxation during the summer.

The Costa Dorada, which means "the Gold Coast, has miles of beautiful golden sandy beaches that slope gently toward the calm warmth of the Mediterranean Sea. It is an ideal holiday destination for those seeking a warm sandy beaches, cheap authentic local cuisine and warm hospitality. Further south on the east coast of Spain is the Costa Blanca. Holidays in this region can become a little busier during the summer months when most people try to escape the warmer climates but this can be the best time to visit, not just for the heat. There are a number of summer festivals that will make these breaks an unforgettable experience. During one week in late June, the Festival of San Juan de Alicante really brings to life. Throughout the week there are parades, bullfights and markets where you can pick up some good memories. The festival ends with a big firework show and burning the Hogueras: huge colourful statues and dioramas that can take months to create.

The best places on offer for nature lovers are Guadalest and the Sierra Espuna. Guadalest is a village perched on a perfect image of a high cliff amidst the ruins of a medieval castle. The village is a beautiful place to visit with a number of gift shops to buy something memorable. Espuna is a regional park which houses a spectacular range of mountains covered with pine forests. There are some excellent trails for pedestrians and cyclists. These trips are tough around the peaks so are best left to those who are experienced walkers, especially in the dry summer months.
