When you create and design your marketing tools, especially your brochure printing, one of the things you intend to do is to get your target readers to provide you with information on how they would agree to your offer. This would mean getting into their hands print brochures that they would most likely be amenable to answer the questions you put forth.

A well designed print brochure would make it easy and systematic for them to provide you with answers that you are looking for. And it would be great for your gathering, processing and reviewing efforts, as well. It sort of interviews your target reader with questions that are clearly defined that prompts them to answer easily. This would mean that you almost spoon-feed the answers by giving them not only captions but also a choice of answers. And it definitely means that you do not waste the time and effort of your target readers by providing them with a marketing tool that they can easily answer.

On the other hand, a well designed brochure can save you your time and energy when it is time for you to record, format, and take down your information. The bottom line is to make it easier for your target readers to understand your queries, the better quality of information you are going to get from them.

Emphasis. First of all, your marketing collateral should indicate what you want to emphasize. What’s your purpose? What do you intend to accomplish with your brochure?

Definitely you want to get answers. And you can only do that with a brochure with parts that have equal importance in your layout. And you also would want your marketing tool to be inviting to your target readers.

Space. Do not waste your space. Use it efficiently to include all the necessary information you need to share with your target readers. And do not put too many information too that your target readers get lost in translation. Do not be redundant. On the contrary, be precise in your message so your target reader would get your point right away.

Confidence. One thing that gets target readers to do what you ask of them is to appear knowledgeable and that you know what you are talking about. Let the target readers feel your confidence so you can produce great results with your marketing collaterals.

So before you do anything stupid that would cost you your success, be sure to design print brochures that give you the right information you need. Because the only way you can get the answers you’re looking for is when you ask the right questions.
