Help to Lose Those Hips with These Simple Tips
The age old question is how to lose weight without killing yourself in the process? The simple answer I have found is that there is no real concrete answer. In my opinion it comes down to 2 basic factors which are, eat healthy meals in moderate portions and exercise every other day. In my opinion very often both men and women get too wrapped up in diets and weight loss pills. I know that this is quite a dull realisation and many people out there are hoping for a miracle pill, but a quote I like to stick with on the topic of weight loss is, “wishing it won’t make it happen”. I think we all know what acceptable foods are and what are not acceptable. Often I hear people stuck on what to eat in the mornings, as lunch and dinner are much easier to buy salads and low-fat readymade meals for. Here are a few options for breakfast
One of the main things that I feel missing from people who want to lose weight but can’t is exercise. This is a tricky one, with work and peoples children taking up a lot of time but it is possible. People often say they have no energy, quite often this is because their diets are very poor. So first things first, I recommend to start your day right with one of the above healthy diet ideas. You will then have more energy to workout, health supplements can also boost the the bodies levels of low vitamins and minerals. Working out is a tough one for people to get their heads around. Some people say that it’s boring and others just can’t find the time. The first tip is if you enjoy an active activity such as dancing, then join a dance class. It is easier because you have an instructor motivating you, you can make friends at a class, you will improve your skills and it won’t feel like working out, because you enjoy it! If you don’t have a passion like that then get a stop watch, an ipod with some music that gets you going and some new trainers. Set your timer for 20 minutes, get outside, walk for 2 minutes, steady jog for 8 minutes, walk for another 2 minutes, and run for 6 minutes (a little faster) and then walk for 2 minutes. Get back home do three sets of 10 sit ups and three sets of 10 press-ups and you are done. An all over body workout in 30 minutes that is simple, time friendly but does require a little discipline to do.
